Vickie Henry, a partner in the Intellectual Property Group at Foley Hoag LLP, is a member of the faculty of the 12th Annual Intellectual Property Law Conference on June 10, 2009. This year’s conference highlights trends in copyright, patent, trademark and licensing law and features keynote speaker William F. Patry, Senior Copyright Counsel at Google, Inc.
Ms. Henry will speak on developments in patent law, offering a review of recent and pending cases in the wake of In re Bilski and also will discuss the issue of patent trolls in the International Trade Commission (ITC).
