The acquisition of Big Huge Games will be a critical step in rolling out a variety of entertainment products based on its original fantasy concepts, codenamed Copernicus. 38 Studios receives the proprietary intellectual property rights, tools, technology, assets and works-in-progress of Big Huge Games. The Maryland-based company is best known for its Rise of Nations real-time-strategy game titles.
