Junior IP Litigation Associate - New York
July 11, 2018
Foley Hoag’s Intellectual Property Litigation group has an opening in our New York office for a lawyer with one to two years of litigation experience. Experience in cases involving patent or other IP rights is helpful, but not required. The position will involve representation of biopharma manufacturers, research institutions and universities in patent, inventorship, and contract disputes before U.S. courts, in arbitral proceedings, in the International Trade Commission, and in the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office. The caseload is also expected to include litigation in the areas of false advertising, trademark, copyright, and business disputes. A science degree is not required.
Candidates with experience limited to a judicial clerkship are welcomed. Such candidates should apply directly, rather than through a recruiter.
Our associates are afforded opportunities for significant responsibility and career development. Such experience has contributed to the firm’s consistently excellent rankings in national associate satisfaction surveys.
