Also advised on protection and licensing of its brand-name trademarks, including advising on and negotiating licenses to authorized dealers and other affiliates.

- Successfully represented Uber Technologies (a transportation technology company whose popular mobile app connects riders to drivers) in obtaining dismissal of Massachusetts Superior Court litigation alleging that the Uber mobile app constituted an illegal taximeter under Massachusetts law.

- Represented Mill Road Capital II, L.P. and its portfolio company, Skullcandy Inc., in the $85M sale of Skullcandy’s ASTRO Gaming headset business to Logitech (NASDAQ: LOGI), a Swiss public company offering music, gaming, video and computing products.
