Foley Hoag LLP has signed an 11-year lease for office space at 1000 Connecticut Ave. NW, a new building under construction in Washington, D.C.’s central business district.

The lease covers the top floor of office space in the 12-story, Class A building, a larger footprint than the firm’s current location at 1875 K St. NW. The move follows the continued growth and success of Foley Hoag’s practices in Washington, including its leading International Litigation and Arbitration, Corporate Social Responsibility, Small Business Investment Companies (SBIC), Healthcare, and Government Strategies practices.
