Jennifer Audeh is an Associate in the firm’s Business Department. She maintains a general business practice, advising public and private companies on a wide range of corporate matters including representing buyers and targets in mergers and acquisitions, representing issuers in public company debt financings, securities and venture capital work, advising companies on federal and state securities laws and corporate governance. Jennifer also assists public companies comply with SEC and Securities Exchange regulatory requirements. Her corporate work also extends to advising nonprofit tax-exempt organizations.
