Kathleen Brill is an Associate practicing in the Administrative Department of Foley Hoag’s Boston office. Before joining Foley Hoag, Kathleen had considerable experience in the fields of land use and environmental permitting. Prior to law school, Kathleen worked as an urban planner and environmental consultant at Fort Point Associates, Inc, where she guided development projects through the environmental permitting and approval process at the local, state, and federal levels. Particular areas of expertise include zoning, wetlands/Chapter 91 licensing, and Massachusetts Environmental Policy Act compliance.
