Joseph Lucia is an Associate in the firm’s Litigation Department. His practice focuses on a broad range of issues, including product liability and complex tort matters, business and commercial disputes and professional malpractice actions.  He also has an active pro bono practice, representing tenants in both eviction proceedings and discrimination cases before the Massachusetts Commission Against Discrimination, and GLBT individuals in a wide variety of civil rights matters.

  • Represented gay male victim of hate crime in connection with criminal proceedings against his assailants and pursuit of restitution for his injuries
