Alex Aber concentrates his practice on mergers and acquisitions and corporate finance and has extensive experience representing public and private company buyers and sellers in domestic and cross-border mergers and acquisitions and other strategic business transactions. Alex currently serves as Co-Chair of Foley Hoag’s Mergers & Acquisitions Practice Group and was recently recognized by The M&A Advisor in its 5th annual 40 Under 40 awards program.
