Contact Information

Amanda Hainsworth is an associate in the firm’s Litigation Department. She represents individual and corporate clients in state and federal courts at all levels. In particular, Amanda focuses her practice on white collar crime and government investigations, and complex business litigation. She has particular expertise in government investigations in the health care industry, including criminal investigations and civil investigations arising from violations of the False Claims Act. Amanda also maintains an active pro bono practice focused the representation of criminal defendants and litigation focused on civil rights and juvenile justice issues.
