Punam Rogers is highly experienced in U.S. immigration and nationality law. Although she assists foreign nationals and other individuals with immigration concerns, her primary emphasis is on counseling U.S. employers that seek to hire non-resident foreign professionals, scientists, business persons and artists who need to obtain temporary or permanent immigration status in the U.S.

Punam represents companies of all sizes, from start-ups to established multinationals, on immigration matters in a wide range of industries and activities, including: information technology, telecommunications, biotechnology, electronic component technology, financial and management consulting, hospitality, general manufacturing, and education.
