Diana Snyder is an associate in Foley Hoag's Business Department. Her practice focuses on contracting and regulatory matters in the health care and life sciences industries, including issues involving the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services, federal and state health care reform, clinical trials and legal compliance. In particular, Diana has experience with pilot Medicaid programs, professional licensure, utilization management regulation, telemedicine, patient rights, Medicare compliance and ACA implementation. Her clients include insurers, physician practices, health care management companies, laboratories, individual medical professionals, self-insured employers and professional trade organizations. Diana also advises on health care transactional matters, including the creation of professional corporations and drafting and negotiation of service contracts. Diana also assists insurers in billing disputes with network providers.
Diana has an active pro bono practice focused on the maternity care industry, in which she advises on consumer impact litigation and legislative initiatives to expand access to midwives.
