Amanda Vendig is an associate in the Business Department and a member of the firm’s venture capital and emerging company practice group and licensing and strategic alliances practice group. Amanda represents start-up and venture backed companies on early stage formation and business matters, commercial transactions, capital raising and other general corporate matters. She has extensive experience representing both companies and investors in venture capital financings, including private placements of preferred stock and convertible debt. Amanda also advises a broad range of clients, including those in the technology and life sciences industries, on licensing and commercial transactions including intellectual property licenses, SaaS agreements, joint venture and collaboration agreements, development and services agreements and reseller, distribution and OEM agreements.
