Foley Hoag’s Capital Markets practice group is seeking a mid-level lawyer interested in joining our practice in our Boston or New York or Washington, D.C. office. A minimum of three years of experience representing/ public companies in registered and unregistered offerings of securities, as well as compliance with ongoing disclosure and governance requirements, is required.  Experience representing underwriters in registered offerings is helpful, but not required.

Our Capital Markets practice group covers the full spectrum of securities offerings, structuring transactions in all market conditions and navigating regulatory requirements to enable clients to obtain necessary funding and exploit market windows. We staff transactions leanly, affording associates an opportunity for significant responsibility and excellent career development. Associates work one-on-one with partners, gain deep experience in a broad range of transactions and get immediate client contact. Such experience has contributed to the firm’s consistently excellent rankings in national associate satisfaction surveys.
