Corporate Antitrust Lawyer
July 26, 2019
Foley Hoag’s Business Department is seeking an antitrust lawyer who can handle all aspects of Hart-Scott-Rodino (HSR) filings for its Mergers & Acquisitions practice group, including conducting preliminary filing analyses, managing the collection of information and documents required for filings and advising on the contents and submission procedures of HSR filings. The right candidate will have strong experience with HSR regulations and case law and strong understanding of the premerger notification process. The ability to work independently and directly with clients is strongly desired. Some experience with other multi-jurisdictional merger control filings is preferred but not required. Foley Hoag is open to alternative schedules (e.g., part-time, flexible working hour arrangements or other creative options proposed by a candidate) for this role. The candidate can be located in Foley Hoag’s Boston, New York or D.C. offices.
Our Mergers & Acquisitions practice group is among the fastest growing in Boston and is consistently highly rated by all major legal directories, including in Tier One by IFLR1000 in its ranking of Massachusetts law firms.
