Debt Finance Business Associate

March 17, 2021

Foley Hoag’s Debt Finance practice group is seeking a mid-level lawyer interested in joining our practice in our Boston or New York office.  We seek applicants from the Class of 2018 or earlier with extensive experience representing lenders or borrowers in debt financing transactions, particularly for private equity firms and direct lending funds. We offer a range of senior secured and subordinated debt transactions, including public company syndicated credit facilities and bonds, private equity acquisition finance, fund capital call facilities, direct and venture lending, loan workouts and other strategic debt financing transactions across a range of industries.

We staff transactions leanly, affording associates an opportunity for significant responsibility and excellent career development. Associates work one-on-one with partners, gain deep experience in a broad range of transactions and get immediate client contact. Such experience has contributed to the firm’s consistently excellent rankings in national associate satisfaction surveys.
