Labor and Employment Litigation Associate

Foley Hoag seeks an associate with at least two years of experience to join the Labor and Employment practice.  Candidates should have experience in a wide array of employment law services, including employment litigation and administrative matters, counseling clients on day to day employment law issues; drafting and reviewing employment-related agreements and policies; enforcement and defense of restrictive covenants; analysis and advice regarding wage/hour issues; labor arbitrations and matters before the NLRB, and employment issues that arise in the firm’s corporate transactional practice. 

We staff matters leanly, affording associates an opportunity for significant responsibility and excellent career development.  Associates work one-on-one with partners and gain a depth of experience in a broad range of employment matters.  Candidates must have outstanding academic credentials and excellent written and verbal communication skills.  This position may be based in either our Boston or New York City offices.
