Our Mergers & Acquisitions practice group is consistently highly rated by all major legal directories, including being ranked as a top firm for Corporate and M&A Law by US News – Best Lawyers and a national leader in M&A: middle market by Legal 500. We staff transactions leanly, affording associates an opportunity for significant responsibility and excellent career development.
