Responsibilities

  • Greeting clients
  • Answering phone calls
  • Scheduling conference rooms
  • Scheduling visitor offices/coordinating building access for visitors
  • Soliciting, coordinating and ordering food for all internal and client meetings

Other duties as assigned, including but not limited to providing back-up support to Office Services staff and Legal Administrative Assistants.
