Foley Hoag’s Business Department is seeking a tax attorney with significant experience in executive compensation and employee benefit matters, including corporate and partnership equity compensation, all matters involving Sections 409A and 280G of the Internal Revenue Code, and M&A ERISA and employee benefits issues, as well as expertise in general ERISA matters. Familiarity with the ERISA issues involved in private fund investments by pension plans is a bonus but not necessary. The right candidate will have at least four years of experience, and the ability to work independently and directly with clients. This position can be located in our Boston or New York office.
