Beth Burnham Mace has more than 30 years of economic forecasting experience, with particular expertise in senior housing feasibility analyses. In her current role, Mace has primary responsibility for providing economic and property-level market analysis for AEW’s Direct Investment Group, a group with a core and value-added property focus. She serves on the board of directors for the National Investment Center for the Seniors Housing and Care Industry, a nonprofit educational forum with a mission to facilitate informed investment decisions in the senior housing sector.

Margaret Wylde, PhD a nationally renowned thought leader, professor, and author, has been recognized as an Icon of the Industry by the 50+ Council of the National Association of Home Builders—the first woman to receive this honor. After the economic forecast, hear from Margaret Wylde, PhD, president and CEO of ProMatura Group, about business strategies and processes for age-qualified housing, services, and products that will net results.
