The trustees of the Foley Hoag Foundation invite you to the next Speaker Series event with special guest, Ted Landsmark, who will lead a forward-looking discussion on race and steps to address inequalities in the City of Boston.

Dr. Landsmark is a Distinguished Professor and Director of the Kitty and Michael Dukakis Center for Urban and Regional Policy in the School of Public Policy and Urban Affairs in the College of Social Sciences and Humanities at Northeastern University. He is one of five members of the Boston Planning and Development Agency Board, where he was Mayor Walsh’s first appointee. He is President Emeritus of the Boston Architectural College and practiced law at Hill & Barlow and Atkins and Brown.

Dr. Landsmark was a witness to some of the key events that accompanied the City of Boston’s busing crisis and has spent a lifetime involved in social justice issues.
