TEC@FoleyHoag: Tony Parham on Innovation in Massachusetts

Tony Parham is an experienced executive with 30 years of business and technology leadership. As GIO, Tony is responsible for improving efficiencies and experiences of government services to businesses, local governments and residents through the use of new technologies and innovative processes. He advises Governor Deval Patrick, the Secretary for Administration and Finance, the Commonwealth’s CIO, executive branch leaders and other stakeholders on identifying, funding and managing the execution of high-impact business change projects.
