This webinar offers the guidance of experts on different strategies that may be used by technology companies to ensure efficiency in complex technology arbitrations. It is presented by the Silicon Valley Arbitration and Mediation Center and Foley Hoag LLP, with the co-sponsoring support of the American Arbitration Association.
The highly experienced panel provides a road map on efficient management of domestic and international arbitration proceedings, particularly in complex technology disputes. Matters discussed include when or if to use expert witnesses; when or if to request interim orders/relief; when or if to request to bifurcate a hearing; whether depositions and motions should be permitted; and other strategies for efficient dispute resolution.
