VC Experts, an online news source for private equity and venture capital professionals, recently published the article “Good Seed; Bad Seed (Preferred That Is)” by Foley Hoag LLP partner David Broadwin.
In the article, Broadwin, who heads Foley Hoag’s Emerging Enterprise Center, discusses the idea of “standard” open source seed preferred documents. Broadwin’s practice focuses on representing venture-financed technology companies and buyers and sellers of public and private companies.
