Foley Hoag LLP was ranked the fourth-largest intellectual property law firm in Massachusetts by the Boston Business Journal.
The firm was noted for having 59 intellectual property lawyers in Massachusetts, including 49 whose work involves patents, according to the newspaper.
Foley Hoag filed 309 patents in 2010 and obtained 133, according to the Boston Business Journal survey.
