Foley Hoag Congratulates Harvest Automation on $11.75 Million Series C Financing

Foley Hoag LLP represented Harvest Automation, Inc. as it closed an $11.75 million Series C financing round.
Headquartered in Boston, Harvest Automation develops robotic equipment for the agriculture industry. The company plans to use the funding to commercialize their first product, a robotic system called the HV-100 that is used in commercial nurseries and greenhouses to reduce cost and improve quality and efficiency. New York-based Mousse Partners Limited led the financing round. Existing Investors Life Science Partners, Cultivian, Founder Collective, Entrée Capital and MassVentures also participated in the round.
