Foley Hoag Advises Adcole Corporation on Acquisition by Artemis Capital Partners

Foley Hoag LLP advised Adcole Corporation, a manufacturer of precision gauges and sensors for the automotive, industrial and aerospace industries, in its recent acquisition by Artemis Capital Partners, a Boston-based private equity firm.

Adcole was founded in 1957 and is headquartered in Marlborough, Massachusetts with sales, service and manufacturing locations in Detroit, Michigan, Recklinghausen, Germany, Tokyo, Japan and Shanghai, China. Adcole designs, manufactures and supplies precision gauges used to measure engine components such as camshafts, crankshafts and pistons, as well as digital sun angle sensors for space satellites.

Foley Hoag partners Arlene Bender and Terry Martland advised Adcole on the transaction, with assistance from associates Amanda Vendig, Von Bryant and Alex Khalarian.
