Rosen Will Lead Breakout Session on Personal Devices in the Workplace

Foley Hoag labor and employment partner Michael Rosen will be a speaker at the NYSE Governance Services, Corporate Board Member program Cyber Risks and the Boardroom on June 10, 2014. This intensive seminar will bring board members from various industries up to speed on the range of technology opportunities and risks that should be on their radar.
Rosen's breakout session, entitled “The Pros and Cons of 'Bring Your Own Device' to Work,” will help participants evaluate necessary security requirements for employees’ personal devices and provide tips to minimize risks to corporate intellectual property.
