Foley Hoag Attorney Analía González to Present at 25th Legal Advisers Meeting of the Member States of the UN

Foley Hoag LLP International Associate Analía González, of the firm’s International Litigation and Arbitration practice, will be a panelist at the 25th Legal Advisers Meeting of the Member States of the United Nations, being held October 29, 2014 at the United Nations Headquarters in New York. Presenters at this event will discuss the most relevant issues of international law that concern the international community.
Gonzalez’s panel, entitled “The Contribution of Latin America to International Law,” will address how investor-state arbitration awards involving Latin American countries have contributed to the formulation or evolution of international law, and how such evolution may impact public policy issues in Latin America.
The 25th Legal Advisers Meeting is presented in conjunction with the Permanent Mission of Mexico to the United Nations and the Government Attorneys Interest Group of the American Society of International Law (ASIL). For more information, please click here.
