Managing Intellectual Property Magazine has listed Foley Hoag LLP partner Barbara Fiacco in its 2014 edition of IP Stars - Top 250 Women in IP, a definitive guide to the leading female intellectual property attorneys in the United States.
Managing Intellectual Property cited Fiacco's technology-related practice spanning the biomedical field, and praised her for achieving "favorable results in significant patent-infringement lawsuits for pharmaceutical and life science clients." Fiacco represents biomedical clients in complex commercial and patent litigation involving patent infringement, patent ownership disputes and contract disputes. A leader in the intellectual property community, she serves as a member of the Board of Directors of the American Intellectual Property Law Association.
