Foley Hoag Partner Tom Barker to Provide CMS Recap at Boston Bar Association CLE Program

Foley Hoag partner and healthcare attorney Thomas Barker will speak at "Medicare Hot Topics: Payment, Audit and Enforcement," a CLE program sponsored by the Boston Bar Association. Barker will present "CMS 2014: 'The Year in Review,'" discussing such topics as ACA implementation, attempted changes to Medicare Part D, issues surrounding 340B and CMS payment rules. He will be joined by W. Scott Plumb, Senior Vice President of Massachusetts Senior Care.
Other speakers scheduled to appear include John W. O'Brien and Kimberly Rapoza of the HHS Office of Inspector General, and Stephen Gillis of Partners HealthCare.
“Medicare Hot Topics: Payment, Audit and Enforcement” will take place on September 16, 2014 from 4:00 - 7:00 p.m. at the Boston Bar Association in Boston.
