Foley Hoag Partners with NYSE on Life Sciences Industry Peer Exchange
April 8, 2015
Foley Hoag LLP has partnered with NYSE Governance Services to offer the Life Sciences Industry Peer Exchange, to be held at Foley Hoag’s Boston office on Thursday, April 9, 2015. Foley Hoag partners John Hancock, Jeffrey Quillen and Daniel Marx will each appear as featured speakers at the event.
The Life Sciences Industry Peer Exchange is a unique opportunity for attendees to hear from respected industry advisers and exchange ideas on healthcare-specific issues and wide-ranging board governance issues in a candid, off-the-record setting. From regulatory implications and economic and market challenges to M&A, executive compensation, and other board leadership issues, participants will gain insights to help them think more strategically about the changing landscape for life sciences companies.
This is the first of three NYSE Governance Services events at which Foley Hoag attorneys will participate this month. On Tuesday, April 21, partner Colin Zick will speak at the Cyber Risks & the Boardroom event. On Wednesday, April 22, partner Joe Basile will be a featured panelist at the Chairman & CEO Peer Forum.
