Foley Hoag Represents Honest Buildings in $5M Financing

Foley Hoag LLP recently represented Honest Buildings, a commercial real estate marketplace that connects industry professionals and real estate owners, in closing a $5 million strategic A-2 financing.
Launched in 2012, New York City-based Honest Buildings provides a secure procurement and workflow platform built specifically for real estate owners, managers, and investors to automate the project bidding and review process, reduce project costs, and mitigate counterparty risk. The company has raised more than $17 million in venture capital funding and has facilitated nearly $600 million in construction projects since its founding.
Circle Ventures led the round with participation from Thrive Capital, Westly Group and Rockport Capital.
