March 7, 2015
New Massachusetts Attorney General Maura Healey will deliver the keynote address at the 12th Annual Northeast Energy and Commerce Association (NECA) Conference on Renewable Energy, to be held on March 12, 2015 in Westborough, Mass. Healey is expected to outline her energy and environmental priorities for the state and discuss her “vision for a 21st Century Ratepayer Advocate,” according to information released from her office.
Foley Hoag attorney Adam Wade will serve as a moderator of a panel discussion among renewable energy finance practitioners and yieldcos, covering investment banking, project acquisition structures, and debt and equity financings. Panelists will include Gary Greenblatt, Managing Director of Marathon Capital; Jack Burkom, Sr. VP - Commercial Development of Brookfield Energy Marketing Inc.; Mark Williams, Managing Director at PNC Equipment Finance; and Gary Goldman, Managing Director of TerraForm Power.
Wade is a co-chair of the Renewables committee organizing the event.
Each year, the NECA Conference on Renewable Energy examines new directions in renewable energy; reviews the main legislative, policy and technology changes that are expected in the year ahead; and discusses how key decisions on these topics will impact infrastructure, incentives and ratepayers.
