Foley Hoag Attorney Baptiste Rigaudeau to Participate in International Arbitration Event in Kiev, Ukraine

Foley Hoag LLP international litigation and arbitration associate Baptiste Rigaudeau will participate in a panel discussion preceding the Kiev Arbitration Days 2016: Think Big! Conference, being held in Kiev, Ukraine on November 2 and 3, 2016.
Rigaudeau will take part in a program titled “Light in the Tunnel of Ethics? Regulation of Counsel Conduct in International Arbitration” on November 2. At this event, presented in a debate format, Rigaudeau and his fellow panelists will examine whether only counsel admitted locally under applicable law should be allowed to represent clients in international arbitration. They will be judged by the audience and a jury composed of Ivana Blagojević of the ICC; Maksim Kodunov of Ukraine’s Ministry of Justice; and Svetlana Romanova of Metinvest Holding.
The event is being jointly organized by the International Chamber of Commerce Young Arbitrators Forum; International Centre for Dispute Resolution Young & International; Ukrainian Arbitration Association; and Young International Arbitration Group of the London Court of International Arbitration.
Rigaudeau concentrates his practice on international arbitration, with a focus on commercial and investor-State disputes.
