Foley Hoag Represents Living Proof in Sale to Unilever

Foley Hoag LLP recently represented premium hair care company Living Proof in its sale to Unilever, a worldwide maker of consumer products. As a result, Living Proof will become part of the Unilever Prestige line of products.

Founded in 2005, Cambridge, MA-based Living Proof was created by venture capitalist and entrepreneur, Jon Flint, and Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT) professor, Robert Langer, to bring advanced bio-medical technology to the beauty industry. Through patented technology and advanced scientific discoveries originating from MIT, Living Proof offers a unique portfolio of products that address a number of hair care needs.
