Foley Hoag Partner Mélida Hodgson to Participate in GAR Live Debate

Foley Hoag LLP partner Mélida Hodgson will be a featured speaker at the 3rd Annual Global Arbitration Review (GAR) Live BITs conference in Washington, D.C. on May 23. Hodgson will take part in “Session Four: The GAR Live Debate,” in which she and fellow panelists will discuss whether or not investor-State arbitration will remain an essential component to the success of future investment treaties.
Hodgson is a member of Foley Hoag's International Litigation and Arbitration Department. She focuses her practice on investor-State and commercial arbitrations, as well as counseling governments and state-owned entities with respect to international investment protection obligations, World Trade Organization dispute resolution and international trade policy issues.
