Foley Hoag Partner Tafadzwa Pasipanodya Named a 40 Under 40 Rising Star by NYU Law School

The NYU Law Alumni of Color Association (LACA) recently named Foley Hoag LLP partner Tafadzwa Pasipanodya a 40 Under 40 Rising Star. Pasipanodya was recognized for her outstanding accomplishments as a leader in the legal industry at the organization's 2018 Spring Dinner on April 6, 2018.
As a member of Foley Hoag’s international litigation and arbitration practice, Pasipanodya has advised African, Asian, European and Latin States in disputes against other States concerning human rights, environmental rights, territorial claims and maritime delimitations before the ICJ, UNCLOS tribunals, and other arbitration fora. She has also represented States in investment arbitrations concerning natural resources, mining, and the environment, and has served as an independent legal expert for the African Union.
NYU LACA promotes and supports the professional development and general advancement of the Law School’s alumni and students of color, and seeks to more fully involve alumni, students, and faculty of color in the educational, social and intellectual life of the law school.
