Robert Chow has joined Foley Hoag LLP as a partner in the Business Department and member of the Emerging Companies and Venture Capital practice group. He will be resident in the firm’s Boston office.

Chow advises entrepreneurs, venture investors and emerging growth companies at all stages of development, including formation and governance issues, equity and compensation matters, venture capital financings, technology licensing, securities law and other regulatory compliance, and mergers and acquisitions.

"The addition of Robert Chow to our Emerging Companies and Venture Capital practice group will benefit many of our clients, especially those in the technology, healthcare and life sciences areas," said Foley Hoag Co-Managing Partner Kenneth Leonetti.
