Foley Hoag Attorneys Kenneth Figueroa and Anna Toubiana to Participate in Bolivian Arbitration Society's 8th International Conference on Arbitration

Foley Hoag LLP International Litigation & Arbitration attorneys Kenneth Figueroa and Anna Toubiana will participate in the Bolivian Arbitration Society's 8th International Conference on Arbitration, taking place on June 7 - 8 in Santa Cruz, Bolivia.
Figueroa and Toubiana will serve as panelists for "New Developments in Investment Arbitration," where they will discuss changes in investment treaty protection standards, EU investment policy, jurisdiction and dual nationals, and recent trends on corruption in investment arbitration.
Figueroa focuses his practice on international disputes, particularly on investor-State matters, commercial arbitration, and sovereign representation. He primarily represents foreign States and State-owned entities before U.S. federal courts and international arbitral tribunals.
Toubiana focuses her practice on Sovereign State representation, primarily on Investor-State disputes. Anna has experience working with the ICC, ICSID and United Nations Commission on International Trade Law (UNCITRAL) rules.
