Foley Hoag International Associate Anna Toubiana to Participate in ICC YAF Conference

Foley Hoag LLP international associate Anna Toubiana will be a featured panelist at the Latin-American Chapter of the ICC Young Arbitrators Forum (ICC YAF) Conference, taking place March 7, 2018 in San Jose, Costa Rica.

Toubiana’s panel, titled “Managing Complex Cases,” will focus on managing complex cases in international arbitration. She and fellow panelists will debate such issues as how to organize arbitral tribunal tasks, the proactive role of administrative secretaries and arbitral tribunal assistants, and information technology and cybersecurity in international arbitration.

Toubiana is a member of Foley Hoag’s International Litigation and Arbitration Practice. Her practice focuses on Sovereign State Representation; primarily on Investor-State disputes. She has experience working with the International Chamber of Commerce (ICC), International Center for Settlement of Investment Disputes (ICSID) and United Nations Commission on International Trade Law (UNCITRAL) rules.
