Foley Hoag Partner Kenneth Figueroa to Participate in 2018 IBA Annual Conference

Foley Hoag LLP International Litigation & Arbitration partner Kenneth Figueroa will participate in the International Bar Association’s (IBA) Annual Conference, taking place October 7-12, 2018 in Rome, Italy. This event is the legal profession’s largest international conference, gathering world leaders and high profile counsel from various practice areas.
Figueroa will participate on a panel titled “Use and Misuse of Experts,” where he will discuss the use of experts under the common law approach.
Established in 1947, the IBA is an international organization with membership of more than 80,000 individual lawyers and more than 190 bar associations and law societies spanning over 170 countries.
Figueroa focuses his practice on international disputes, particularly on investor-State matters, commercial arbitration, and sovereign representation. He represents foreign States, State-owned entities, and private companies before U.S. federal courts and international arbitral tribunals.
