Foley Hoag Counsel Christina Hioureas Invited to Serve as U.S. Member of ICC Commission on Arbitration & ADR

The United States Council for International Business and the International Chamber of Commerce (ICC) has nominated Foley Hoag LLP counsel and United Nations practice chair Christina Hioureas to serve as a U.S. member of the ICC Commission on Arbitration & ADR.
In this role, Hioureas will help draft and revise ICC’s range of rules for dispute resolution; propose new policies in the interest of efficient and cost-effective dispute resolution; and provide useful tools for the conduct of dispute resolution.
As a member of Foley Hoag’s International Litigation & Arbitration Department, Hioureas represents States, private and State-owned entities, and individuals on international disputes and public international law matters, and advises States on matters before the United Nations and its bodies.
