Foley Hoag Partner Peter Rosenblum to Speak at PLI Program on Investment Adviser Regulation

Foley Hoag LLP partner Peter Rosenblum will be a featured speaker at “Fundamentals of Investment Adviser Regulation 2019,” a Practising Law Institute seminar taking place in New York on July 8, 2019.
This event gathers attorneys and executives from the investment management industry to provide a solid foundation in the regulatory regime applying to investment advisers, together with extensive discussion and analysis regarding “hot topics” facing advisers today.
Rosenblum will lead a session on investment advisers to private funds, during which he will discuss the status of investment advisers to private funds under the Advisers Act, umbrella registration and private fund reporting.
Rosenblum is co-chair of Foley Hoag's Mergers & Acquisitions Group and co-chair of its Private Equity Transactions Group. Peter is actively involved in the firm’s corporate and corporate finance practices, with an emphasis on mergers and acquisitions, private equity, venture capital, fund formation and investment, and other public and private offerings of securities.
