Foley Hoag Attorney Diana Paraguacuto-Mahéo to Speak at UAI 26th World Forum of Mediation Centers

Foley Hoag LLP partner Diana Paraguacuto-Mahéo will be a featured speaker at the Union Internationale de Avocats’ (UIA) 26th World Forum of Mediation Centers, taking place in Zurich, Switzerland on March 8-9, 2019. 

Paraguacuto-Mahéo’s session, “Dispute Prevention in the Spotlight,” will focus on best practices in dispute risk assessment and management. Her presentation will examine dispute resolution practices in commercial contracts, best practices in customization of ADR clauses and proactive strategies for resolving disputes. 

The Forum takes place every nine months in different countries around the world to foster an exchange of views on the development of ADR.  It is organized by the UIA with the support of the Swiss Chambers' Arbitration Institution (SCAI), the Swiss Chamber of Commercial Mediation (SCCM), the Swiss Federation of Mediation Associations (SDM-FSM) and the Swiss Bar Association (SAV-FSA).
