May 28, 2019
Foley Hoag partner Diana Paraguacuto-Mahéo will participate at both the Conferencia Latinoamericana de Arbitraje-International Bar Association (CLA-IBA) program and International Chamber of Commerce-Conferencia Latinoamericana de Arbitraje (ICC-CLA) event in Asunción, Paraguay on May 28 and 29, 2019.
The CLA-IBA conference promotes and contributes to the development and study of arbitration in Latin America, celebrating 10 years of building bridges between Latin America and the rest of the world. Held in conjunction with the XI Conferencia Latino Americana de Arbitraje, the ICC-CLA event provides an opportunity for practicing lawyers, corporate counsel, in-house counsel and arbitrators to keep up-to-date with domestic and international arbitration in Latin America. Paraguacuto-Mahéo will participate in the regional launch of the emergency arbitrator report as a co-chair of the Commission Task Force.
