Foley Hoag Partner Clara Brillembourg to Speak at London Conference on International Law

Foley Hoag LLP partner Clara Brillembourg will be a featured speaker at the London Conference on International Law, taking place on October 3-4, 2019.
This event will bring together international law academics, judges, practitioners, representatives of civil society, business-leaders and other stakeholders to see how States and all other actors engage with international law.
Brillembourg will take part in the “International Energy Law” panel, where she will discuss the current state of public international law cases involving the energy sector.
As a member of Foley Hoag’s International Litigation & Arbitration Department, Brillembourg specializes in counseling sovereign States in international Inter-State disputes, investment arbitrations, and cases before U.S. courts, as well as high-priority extraditions from the United States. She has successfully represented States before the International Court of Justice, PCA, and ITLOS in disputes involving territorial rights, human rights and environmental harm.
