September 11, 2019
Foley Hoag LLP partners Meredith Haviland and Erica Rice will be featured speakers at the American Bar Association Business Law Section Annual Meeting 2019, taking place in Washington, D.C. from September 12-14, 2019.
Haviland will join the panel “Coming to America – European M&A Deal Trends Increasingly Found in U.S. Deals.” She will discuss M&A deal trends originating from Europe and why or why not they are becoming more common in the U.S. in the context of cross-border deals, including vendor due diligence and lock box mechanisms.
