Foley Hoag Partner Kenneth Figueroa to Take Part in Society of Construction Law North America Seminar on Infrastructure Disputes

Foley Hoag LLP partner Kenneth Juan Figueroa will participate in a webinar titled “International Arbitration Discussion: Infrastructure Disputes,” taking place on Thursday, April 23, 2020. The event is organized by the Society of Construction Law North America.
Panelists will focus on: whether the use of a dispute board in construction projects reduces or eliminates arbitration; the use of technology in construction projects; claims management during construction projects; contractual management during construction projects; the use of expert systems to improve decision making; infrastructure projects in the region; international arbitration; compliance in LATAM; and international real estate.
Figueroa, in particular, will discuss investment arbitration in infrastructure projects in Latin America.
As a member of the firm’s International Litigation & Arbitration Department, Figueroa focuses on international disputes, particularly on Investor-State matters, commercial and construction arbitration, and litigation.
